The 'Prop Letters' were made for the NIDA show 'Orlando'.

In order to create these fake letter piles first cardboard boxes were made that fit the designers size recommendations. Paper towel was then dyed with tea, folded and stuck onto the boxes with use of hot glue. Twine and fake letters were used in order to make the pile look more convincing.
